    • The Business & IP Centre is part of the British Library and we can normally be found on the first floor. We are here to support entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses offering access to over £5 million worth of databases, market research and company information, as well as a host of events, workshops and one-to-ones.

    • Our events are currently streamed live on this channel. You will need to register for our events on this page. You can then gain access to the live stream page. When you register for your first event, a user profile will be created and although you’ll need to register for each event you are interested in watching, you will not have to fill in as many details, but can update them if there are any changes.

      We will be adding our archive pre-recorded events to our platform from later this year. These will be free to access.
    • Our full schedule of events can be found on the BIPC’s website. You will see that we run a busy schedule of webinars and workshops but not all will be shown via this stream.
    • Not all previous Business & IP Centre events will be immediately available. We will be adding some of our archive pre-recorded events to the platform from later this year onwards.
    • We love to get your questions! How you submit a question will vary from event to event. There will either be a Q&A link that can be used during the event, or you’ll be able to submit your questions in advance using the Q&A function on the event page. Please check your pre-event email or the event page for confirmation on which method of submitting questions is being used for your event.
    • Where possible captions will be available – check the event page for whether this is the case with your event. All of our archive events will have the option for captions.
    • Our feedback forms help us to ensure we are offering the best programme of events for our audience. We really appreciate any feedback you can give us, so please complete the short survey you will receive in your post-event email. All feedback is anonymous.
    • We will be adding previous events to our archive and when we do, we will start with our most recent events. So, if you are unable to watch it live, you will shortly be able to stream it through our event archive instead. Make sure you are following @BIPC on Twitter for updates on when our archive is live.
    • No, all of our events are just for streaming here.
